About Me

My name is Kelly Barnett and I am a pre-service teacher at Elizabethtown College. I am passionate about gifted education and believe that the classroom should be a place for every student to learn at his/her own level. I believe that all students deserve to be challenged to reach their highest potentials and that when we as teachers allow that, we are preparing our students for their best futures!

Growing up as a gifted student myself, I've met some incredible teachers who have inspired me to collect the wisdom of both educational research and current teachers. I've built this website as a part of my senior thesis project and I hope it can provide tips and information for teachers looking to challenge their gifted learners!
